When Greydoor publishing was formed in 2015, the founders approached JAM Creative Consultancy to develop the brand from the ground up, including an array of services such as: logo design, the brand blueprint and website development and installation. Key to the business model is a publication called The Concierge magazine, a premium lifestyle magazine for the modern traveler, available in both print and digital versions. Produced in conjunction with Les Clefs d’Or USA and their member concierges, each edition is completely unique to the host hotel and city, offering the reader a compelling narrative into the hotel’s services and the city’s culture, encompassing dining, shopping, nightlife and experiential attractions. Simultaneously, the magazine offers local businesses a chance to advertise to tourists and business visitors. JAM were integral to the concept as well as creating the pilot magazine that was the launchpad for the sales team when approaching luxury hotels, golf resorts and spas. Concierge magazine is now published in over 100 destinations and is enjoyed by tourists across the planet.
